Since joining DCE nearly six years ago, Bryan Tornetta has become a cornerstone of the DCE Services Team, bringing dedication, leadership, and heart to everything he does. As Services Program Manager, Bryan’s work ethic and positive attitude have left a lasting impression not only on our subcontractors and customers but also on everyone across the organization.
From his earliest days managing small rooftop installations in New Jersey to now leading some of our most complex nationwide projects, Bryan has embraced every challenge with determination and a drive to improve. His leadership has helped shape DCE’s installation services, emphasizing efficiency, clear communication, and a commitment to excellence. Bryan exemplifies the very best of DCE’s values—reliability, collaboration, and innovation.
In his own words:
"I started at DCE almost 6 years ago. I had reached a point with my previous employer where it was time for a change and Bill Taylor and the leadership team at DCE gave me an opportunity. My first few projects were small rooftops in NJ which quickly escalated into larger, more complex projects across the US. As a team we are focused on applying lessons learned from each project to continuously improve our processes and provide value to our clients. DCE has a small business, family-owned, work hard play hard type of culture which has allowed me to grow and develop both personally and professionally. I look forward to being a part of the company’s continued growth for years to come."
